Use the UKCA Mark

The following general rules apply when the UKCA mark is used:
1.The UKCA mark can only be affixed to the product by the manufacturer or authorized representative (when permitted by relevant laws)
2.When the UKCA mark is affixed, the company shall bear full responsibility for the product’s compliance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
3.Companies can only use the UKCA mark to show that the product complies with relevant UK regulations;
4.Companies must not place any signs or signs that may misunderstand the meaning or form of the UKCA mark to third parties;
5.The company shall not paste other marks on the product that will affect the visibility, legibility or meaning of the UKCA mark;
6.Unless there are special requirements by law, the UKCA mark cannot be affixed to the product.
UK Declaration of Conformity
For certain products, such as those with a certificate of conformity from a designated agency recognized by the European Union or existing stocks, the CE mark will be accepted in the UK until January 1, 2022.
